Our Commitment to a Smooth Purchase

Bringing a new puppy into your family is one of the most exciting decisions you will ever make — and it should feel that way from beginning to end. Our Purchase & Delivery Policy is designed to make the process transparent, predictable, and stress-free for both you and your puppy. We do not believe in hidden fees, vague timelines, or last-minute surprises. Every step of the journey is outlined clearly below, so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

This policy applies to all adoptions from Royal Dalmatian Puppies, whether you are local to our Pennsylvania facility or living across the country. We treat every family with the same level of care, whether you are picking up your puppy in person or welcoming them via our flight nanny service. Our goal is simple: to deliver a healthy, happy, well-socialized Dalmatian puppy into your arms with as little friction as possible — and to support you long after the transaction is complete.

Please read this policy carefully before submitting a deposit. By reserving a puppy from Royal Dalmatian Puppies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined on this page.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Our pricing reflects the extensive health testing, veterinary care, nutrition, socialization, and early training that goes into every puppy we produce. We do not cut corners, and our pricing is transparent from the start. Below is a breakdown of our current pricing structure, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods.

Payment Methods Accepted

✦ Deposit & Balance Schedule

Deposit: $500 due at the time of reservation to hold your puppy. This deposit is non-refundable but is applied to the total purchase price.

Second Payment: 50% of remaining balance due when the puppy is 6 weeks old (or upon confirmation of pickup/delivery date).

Final Payment: Remaining balance due in full before the puppy leaves our facility — no exceptions. Puppies will not be released until payment has cleared.

Reservation Process

We do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Our reservation process is designed to ensure that every puppy goes to a home that is prepared, committed, and a good match for the breed. Here is how the process works from start to finish:

Step 1 — Submit an Application

Complete our online adoption application. This helps us understand your household, lifestyle, and experience with dogs so we can match you with the right puppy.

Step 2 — Interview & Approval

We will schedule a phone or video call to get to know you better, answer your questions, and confirm that a Dalmatian is the right fit for your family.

Step 3 — Place Your Deposit

Once approved, you may place a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy from the current or upcoming litter. You will receive a receipt and a signed reservation agreement.

Step 4 — Puppy Selection

Puppies are matched with families based on temperament, energy level, and family lifestyle. We guide you through the selection process to ensure the best possible fit.

Step 5 — Weekly Updates

You will receive weekly photos and videos of your puppy as they grow, along with updates on their health, weight, and developmental milestones.

Delivery & Pickup Options

We offer several safe and convenient options for getting your puppy home. Whether you prefer to pick up your puppy in person or have them delivered to your nearest airport, we will work with you to choose the option that best fits your location and comfort level.

Visit our facility in rural Pennsylvania to meet your puppy, see where they were raised, and receive a full orientation on care, feeding, and training.

For families within 300 miles of our facility, we offer personal ground delivery by a trusted member of our team. Your puppy travels in comfort and safety.

Flight Nanny (In-Cabin)

Our preferred method for long-distance adoptions. A trained flight nanny accompanies your puppy in the cabin, ensuring a calm and safe journey to your nearest major airport.

Ground Transport (Long Distance)

For families beyond 300 miles who prefer not to fly, we can arrange safe, climate-controlled ground transport through our trusted partner network.

Important: We do not ship puppies as cargo. Every puppy travels in the cabin or by private ground transport with a caring human companion. The safety and comfort of your puppy is our highest priority.

Section 04

Flight Nanny Service — What to Expect

Our flight nanny service is the safest and most stress-free way to transport a puppy over long distances. Here is exactly how it works, step by step:

Booking & Scheduling

Once your final payment has cleared, we coordinate with you to select a travel date and the nearest major airport to your home. We book the flight nanny and handle all airline paperwork.

Pre-Flight Preparation

Your puppy receives a pre-travel veterinary check, is fed a light meal, and is acclimated to their travel carrier several days before departure.

Travel Day

Your flight nanny picks up the puppy from our facility, carries them in an airline-approved soft carrier in the cabin, and keeps them calm, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the flight.

Arrival & Handoff

You will meet your flight nanny at the arrivals gate or baggage claim. You will receive the puppy's travel documents, health certificate, and a small care package. The handoff usually takes 15–20 minutes.

Section 05

Buyer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful adoption and a smooth delivery experience, buyers are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide Accurate Information: All information on your application must be truthful and complete. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation of the adoption.

Maintain Communication: Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, especially during the scheduling and delivery phases.

Submit Payment on Time: Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in Section 01. Late payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Arrange Veterinary Care: Schedule a wellness exam with your veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.

Prepare Your Home: Have a crate, food, water bowls, toys, and a safe space ready before your puppy arrives.

Be Present for Delivery: Whether picking up in person or meeting a flight nanny, be on time and ready to receive your puppy.

Follow Care Protocols: Adhere to the nutrition, vaccination, and training guidelines provided in your puppy care guide.
